• General Reservation Policies Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when make reservation. Blackout dates and conditions apply.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 PM Extension of room stays or late check out subject to Hotel room availability Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room.

• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to stay in the hotel.

• For standard security purposes, please provide a valid issued photo ID during check-in.

• A hold of RM 100 per day must be placed on your credit card to cover incidentals.

• Fives Hotel Johor Bahru City Center is a smoke free environment. Please note that a minimum fee of RM 500 will be charged if smoke is detected in guest rooms.

• Non Refundable Rate: Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

No Show/ Non-Arrival at Hotel

• If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotel and will be charged for the entire reservation.

• If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.

• Special Requests Please note that Hotel neither guarantees nor is liable to admit any request for amendment in plan or any other special requests which shall be admissible subject to availability on arrival.
